The sun is finally shining, and there are a lot of great things to do this weekend in San Diego! Get out there and have fun!
Friday, June 1
Friday nights come alive as we bring together two fan-favorite events for one terrific evening! Food Truck Friday and Balboa Park After Dark combine for an awesome night of games, hands-on creative projects, live entertainment, a rotating assortment of food trucks, and late hours!
It’s Sunday, Country Funday – with three country headliners on one stage. Join us for a day of wine tasting, great food, exhibits, and concerts on 2 stages.
This family-friendly evening of music, food, festival atmosphere and fun will get your summer season off on the right foot as Balboa Park celebrates its 150th Anniversary.
The Museum is packed with immersive exhibitions, incredible new 3D nature documentaries, and cool pop-up programming. New this year is a rooftop bar that offers one of the best views in the Park!
So much talent around town this weekend – go catch a performance!
Chivers and Chivettes from all over the world have traveled to San Diego for the last 4 years to party and raise money for charity. Well it’s time again, for the 5th year, to strap up your tutu, iron your favorite Chive shirts and show Chive nation and the world why EFFIN EPIC WEEKEND is one for the record book.
Saturday, June 2
The Adams Avenue District continues to evolve, and so has our event. Come visit the many participating storefront businesses with galleries and stages curated just for the event.
We have to admit, when we first heard San Diego was getting an exhibit dedicated to the avocado, we weren’t quite sure what to think! But hey, we love avocados and we’re open-minded, so we’ll be there!
We love that we can watch movies outside in San Diego, and we are thrilled to see that Rooftop Cinema Club is taking the experience up a notch!
Sunday, June 3
Venissimo Cheese invites you to a spectacular night of summertime al fresco dining at their first pop-up dinner! The menu, crafted by the Venissimo Del Mar cheese-monger team, will be cheese-focused (naturally) and will include a special wine pairing with each of the five courses.
Throughout the year, Pure Project Brewing gathers together outdoor enthusiasts to go enjoy the wide variety of outdoor activities San Diego has to offer (followed by beers at Pure, of course).
San Diego’s favorite latin dance night is back! Join us for a Salsa Sunday Fun Day at the beautiful THE LOT Liberty Station.
Have a great weekend!
We’ll see you out there!
