Liberty Call Distilling will mark four years of making award-winning rums, whiskey and gin in San Diego.
Taking place throughout the distillery’s original tasting room and outdoor lot in Spring Valley–just fifteen minutes east of Downtown San Diego–festivities will include jazz music, farm-to-table food from Chef Miguel Valdez, craft cocktails, and specials on bottle purchases in conjunction with a massive release of new spirits.
New spirits being released at the anniversary will include the latest batches of:
- Aged Rum
- Cask Strength Aged Rum
- Blue Ridge 4-Grain Whiskey
- Old Ironsides Single Malt Whiskey
Plus the following brand new spirits:
- Cask Strength Old Ironsides finished in a Rum Barrel
- Cabernet Barrel Rested Gin
- Tiki Bitters
Founded in 2013, Liberty Call Distilling received its license to distill in fall of 2014 and since that time has won numerous awards for its unique takes on rum, gin and whiskey. Operating out of a tiny, 850-square-foot industrial warehouse in Spring Valley, Liberty Call Distilling’s spirits are now sold in twelve states.
Plans for the future include expanding into a significantly larger restaurant space where the company can showcase its spirits via hand-crafted cocktails paired with plates by notable Chef Miguel Valdez.
