Installation at the Station Art Unveiling

Saturday, August 10 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM

See the unveiling of “Facetime” by Woodbury University School of Architecture – San Diego Campus faculty member, Miki Iwasaki and “Nikigator” by Niki de Saint Phalle. The Mingei International Museum booth at Artwalk will present an art-making activity (open to all) where participants can learn more about the sculpture’s meaning – representing a primal need for shelter and conversation.

Each of ArtWalk San Diego’s three annual festivals support their non-profit partner, ArtReach, which delivers high-quality art education to K-8 schools throughout San Diego, focusing on Title One Schools.  Many of the programs ArtReach offers are provided at no cost to schools.

See you there!
