Bourbon & Butcher’s Cut at Bleu Bohème

Bleu Bohème, located in Kensington at 4090 Adams Ave., will celebrate Father’s Day with père’s perfect pairing: butcher’s cuts and bourbon, available exclusively on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18. Bleu Bohème will offer its signature steak frites paired with its specialty Démodé cocktail, a twist on an Old Fashioned made with bourbon aged in-house in the restaurant’s signature oak barrel and infused with blood orange and star anise.

The steak frites dish features a “butcher’s cut” hanger steak served with caramelized onions, side of arugula salad and Bleu Bohème’s classic pommes frites, with the choice of béarnaise, au poivre or chimichurri sauces. The pairing is priced at $45.
