Shop The Carlsbad Village Makers Market For Unique Local Holiday Gifts

Just in time for the holidays! The Carlsbad Village Makers Market Holiday Showcase, sponsored by the Carlsbad Village Association is happening December 4th at the St. Michael’s Episcopal Church campus.

“Each year the Makers Market Holiday Showcase celebrates the incredible talents and passions of 50 makers,” said Christine Davis, Executive Director of the Carlsbad Village Business Association. “These makers were so impacted during 2020, due to the pandemic, that being able to support them and share their artistry, once again, feels so rewarding.”

The place to be for handcrafted gifts

If you are looking for handcrafted gifts for the holidays, the Makers Market Holiday Showcase is the place to be. You’ll find handmade, vintage, up-cycled, and unique goods at this juried art and handcrafted marketplace that will highlight the crafter’s creativity in woodworking, leatherwork, 3D functional art, natural jewelry, beading, fabric creations, eco-friendly products, artisan foods, clothing, candles, pet accessories, and much more.

There will also be live music and, of course, the great cafes and restaurants in Carlsbad Village to explore.

Christine Davis adds, “We encourage people to come make a day of it and experience the Village. Our downtown offers coffee shops and cafes on every block, excellent places to grab lunch, an afternoon treat, or dinner. And while in the Village, we know you will find boutiques and retail stores that will soon become your favorite places to shop.”

Grab a friend and shop local

Grab a friend and shop local from a wide array of handmade and small production home goods, lifestyle goods, and artisan sweets by local makers of Southern California and beyond. The Village is packed with great local businesses to explore!

Public parking is plentiful and the beach is only one block away.
