Trick-or-Treat Your Way Through Belmont Park’s Fall Fest
Forget changing leaves and crisp weather, San Diego does fall its own way, and Belmont Park’s Fall Fest is proving you don’t have to leave the coast to get into the season.
Pumpkin patches are great and all, but there’s something about doing fall with sand still in your shoes.

Fall, But Make It Beachside
Belmont Park transforms into a full-on fall destination for the season, and it’s honestly one of the more fun ways to spend a weekend this time of year.
Think seasonal entertainment, limited-time food and drinks, Halloween characters wandering around, live music, and one of the park’s most popular annual promotions all rolled into one.
As more families look for fun, affordable ways to spend time together, Belmont Park offers a genuinely different way to celebrate the season, just steps from the ocean.
Whether you’re riding roller coasters, meeting Halloween characters, or just soaking in the beach views while everyone else is buried in flannel and pumpkin patches, this is fall done the San Diego way.

Kids Free October is Back
Here’s the one everyone waits for: Kids Free October, presented by Ralphs, gets you one free child’s Unlimited Ride & Play Wristband with the purchase of an adult wristband. If you’ve got little ones who live for roller coasters, this is basically the best deal of the season.
It’s one of Belmont Park’s most popular annual promotions for good reason: a full month of unlimited rides for the kids, no extra cost, while the grown-ups still get to enjoy everything the park has to offer.
Halloween Characters, Trick-or-Treating, and Live Music
Keep an eye out for roaming Halloween characters, including a Pumpkin Stilt Walker, a Friendly Witch, and a Friendly Mummy, popping up around the park throughout the season.
Weekly Trick-or-Treating brings out the kids, building up to the Annual Trunk or Treat later in the season. On top of all that, live music takes over on weekends, so there’s a reason to show up more than once.

Seasonal Treats Worth the Trip
Let’s talk food, because Belmont Park is not holding back this season.
Expect pumpkin spice lattes, apple chai lattes, banana foster funnel cakes, caramel apples, maple donuts, fall pastries, seasonal churros, pumpkin-inspired treats, and specialty cocktails scattered across the park.
Whatever your fall food cravings are, there’s a good chance it’s on this list.
