Elton John to Headline Concert for Cures at Petco Park
The Curebound Concert for Cures returns, bringing an unforgettable night of music and philanthropy to Petco Park—this time with the legendary Elton John headlining. This milestone event continues its mission to fund life-saving cancer research, with past headliners including Alicia Keys and Ed Sheeran.
Music With a Mission
Since launching in 2022, Concert for Cures has raised more than $8.5 million to support innovative adult and pediatric cancer research across Southern California’s top research institutions.
Now in its biggest venue yet, this year’s show aims to make an even greater impact, furthering Curebound’s $45 million investment in collaborative research grants that drive breakthroughs in prevention, treatment, and cures.
A Global Icon Takes the Stage
With more than 300 million records sold, Elton John is among the most celebrated artists in history. He has earned six Grammys, two Oscars, a Tony, and an Emmy, making him one of the few EGOT winners.
Most recently, he and Brandi Carlile received an Academy Award nomination for Never Too Late, featured in his documentary now streaming on Disney+.
