Circus In The Park: A South Bay Arts Event With Fern Street Circus

The Port of San Diego invites the public to enjoy a free afternoon of activities and performances by Fern Street Circus at Chula Vista.

This exciting family-friendly waterfront activation event will feature creative artistic performances by Fern Street Circus, including jugglers, aerialists, acrobats, and musicians. There will also be interactive workshops on hooping and tightwire, along with face painting, photo booths, free refreshments, and giveaways.

The February 29 event is part of the Port’s mission to create a vibrant waterfront with innovative public art, cultural programming, special events, and recreation opportunities that enhance the aesthetic and cultural richness of San Diego Bay.

With a permanent collection of more than 70 artworks, along with approximately 30 tenant-commissioned artworks and a dynamic curatorial plan focused on contemporary public art exhibitions, there is an artistic experience for everyone.
