First Annual San Diego Craft Distillers Guild Fest Debuts At Liberty Station
As part of its commitment to promoting local craft spirits, the San Diego Distillers Guild has announced the arrival of its first annual San Diego Craft Distillers Guild Fest (“Distillers Fest”), taking place at Liberty Station.
Not Just a Beer City!
Distillers Fest is the answer to the city’s many beloved beer festivals – but instead of focusing on brewing, will pay homage to San Diego’s quickly-growing craft distilling scene. Held within the Arts District’s popular Building 177, with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams above 7,000+ square feet of event space, Distiller’s Fest is designed as the city’s first upscale artisanal spirits festival. Guests will experience a variety of tastes from twenty local craft distilleries and will have the rare chance to meet and chat with many of the experts who create San Diego’s award-winning craft spirits.

Between sips of creative cocktails and spirits, guests can savor small plates from the kitchens of local distilleries who also offer dining; these include 619 Spirits in North Park, You & Yours in East Village, Cutwater in Miramar, newly-opened farm-to-table Pacific Coast Spirits in Oceanside and Liberty Call Distilling with a kitchen-distillery combo opening in Barrio Logan next year.
Entertainment and VIP Treatment
San Diego jazz ensemble, Justin Joyce Trio, will be onsite playing live music, and those holding VIP tickets will be able to experience a tucked-away speakeasy featuring an ultra-special custom cocktail experience, access to VIP pours of San Diego spirits and next-level
local fare.
