Glass Box Hosts Tequila Dinner To Benefit San Diego Hunger Coalition

Join us at Glass Box, San Diego’s premier dining destination, for an exquisite Tequila Dinner on November 29th at 6PM. Tickets can be purchased for $85. This event promises to be a sensational evening of culinary excellency, featuring a curated selection of various types of José Cuervo tequila, expertly paired with a delectable five-course menu.

Glass Box Tequila Dinner Menu

Chef Ethan Yang has created a beautiful 5-course meal that pairs perfectly with Jose Cuervo’s nuanced flavors. The menu consists of:

• 1st Course

Tuna Tataki Tostada: Delicate seared tuna served on a crisp tostada, adorned with avocado mousse, yuzu infused ponzu, and micro greens

Tequila Pairing: Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Reposado

• 2nd Course

Sake Ceviche: a refined ceviche featuring the freshest cuts of seafood marinated in premium sake, adorned with pickles jalapenos and served with taro chips.

Tequila Pairing: Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Platino

• 3rd Course

Lobster Miso Soup: A velvety miso broth with tender lobster medallions, shimeji mushrooms, and scallions elevated with a hint of tequila.

Tequila Glazed Chilean Sea Bass: A perfectly seared Chilean sea bass glazed with a tequila infused reduction, served alongside a chili relleno and saffron jasmine rice.

Chef Ethan’s main motive in his dining experience is to inspire and create a memorable dining experience. He prides himself in creating unique and unforgettable menu items, and is extremely dedicated to giving back to our San Diego community. For this reason, he has paired up with The San Diego Hunger Coalition, in which 30% of profits will be donated to.
