This. Is. MONSTER JAM™!
It’s time to fire up the engines again as the most action-packed motorsports experience for families in the world today roars back into San Diego for an adrenaline-charged weekend at Petco Park marking the much-anticipated return of the first Monster Jam event back in San Diego.
Monster Jam Pit Party
The popular Monster Jam Pit Party fan experience will return to San Diego now on both Saturday and Sunday, where fans can see the massive trucks up close, meet their favorite drivers and crews, take pictures and enjoy other family-friendly fun. This unique experience is the only place that allows people to get up close access to the Monster Jam teams and get an insider’s look at how these trucks are built to stand up to the competition. Pit Passes are available for $20 for this VIP experience.
Witness heated rivalries between world-class Monster Jam drivers
SoCal motorsports fans will witness heated rivalries, high-flying stunts and fierce head-to-head battles for the Event Championship. Engineered to perfection, the 12,000-pound Monster Jam trucks push all limits going head-to-head for points in Freestyle, Skills, Donuts and Racing competitions. The Stadium Series Champion will receive a highly coveted automatic bid to the prestigious Monster Jam World Finals® to compete for the title of World Champion, scheduled for May 2022 in Orlando.
Monster Jam drivers are trained, world-class male and female athletes who have mastered not only the physical strength and mental stamina needed to compete, but the vital dexterity to control 12,000-pound machines capable of doing backflips, vertical two-wheel skills and racing at speeds up to 70 miles-per-hour to produce jaw-dropping, live motorsports action seen around the world.
12 world-class trucks out to win!
The all-star San Diego Stadium Championship Series features 12 skilled athletes fighting for the championship while putting on a spectacle, constantly innovating and always entertaining.
Five-time Monster Jam World Finals champion, Adam Anderson, gets behind the wheel of the legendary black and green wrecking machine, Grave Digger®, celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
2020 Triple Threat Central Series® champion, Colton Eichelberger, representing team Max-D™, makes his Stadium Championship Series debut. Charlie Pauken returns to his roots driving Monster Mutt®, the truck he drove when he claimed the 2010 Monster Jam World Finals Freestyle Championship.
GUINNESS WORLD RECORD™ title holder, Bryce Kenny in Great Clips Mohawk Warrior®, aims to crush the competition against Megalodon®, the truck that redefined the phrase “jumping the shark” and set the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD title for the most monster trucks jumped by a monster truck, driven by Cory Rummell.
Military veteran, Kayla Blood in Soldier Fortune™, and 2019 Rising Star driver, Camden Murphy in Bakugan Dragonoid™, also look to lock in the championship. While family rivalry pits two-time Monster Jam World Finals Freestyle Champion, Jim Koehler in Avenger, against his own son, Chris Koehler, driving the fire truck themed AXE.
