Presented by Salty Magazine and Chef Cameron Ingle of Marisi, this one-night-only event will feature guest chefs Rodrigo Rivera-Rio of Michelin-starred KOLI in Monterrey and Luis Ronzón of Ixi’im, the acclaimed Yucatán restaurant inside Chablé Yucatán, one of the 50 Best Hotels in the World.

Meet the Chefs
- Cameron Ingle (Marisi) – Formerly of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Bestia, and Bavel, Chef Ingle brings an expertise in handmade pasta and wood-fired cuisine.
- Rodrigo Rivera-Rio (KOLI) – Awarded a Michelin star in 2024, Chef Rivera-Rio is known for redefining Northeastern Mexican cuisine.
- Luis Ronzón (Ixi’im) – A rising culinary star, Chef Ronzón has worked at Noma and Quintonil, specializing in contemporary Yucatán flavors.
