Haunt Fifth Avenue for Five Nights at the San Diego Zombie Crawl
Fifth Avenue belongs to the undead for five nights this October. The San Diego Zombie Crawl is back in the Gaslamp Quarter, and one ticket gets you through the door at more than 25 bars and clubs, all within a few blocks of each other.
Costumes are the whole point here. Show up in full zombie makeup, or whatever else you have been saving, because everyone around you will.
Five Nights, 25 Bars, and No Cover Charges
The crawl runs across two Halloween weekends: Friday and Saturday, October 23 and 24, then Thursday to Saturday, October 29 to 31. Halloween itself lands on a Saturday this year, which is about as good as the calendar gets.
Doors open nightly at 6 PM and the night runs until 2 AM. Your pass covers entry to the whole lineup, so you can have one round at Star Bar and be inside Toro Nightclub ten minutes later.
Start at American Junkie, Finish at Parq or NOVA
The opening party is at American Junkie on Fifth Avenue, which is also where you pick up your pass, club entries, map, and drink tickets.
After that, the route is yours. Finale parties land at Parq Nightclub, Good Night John Boy, and NOVA, and the stretch in between takes in Sevilla Nightclub, Double Deuce, Omerta, Whiskey Girl, Myst Lounge, and Trailer Park After Dark.
Ten Welcome Shots and 69 Deals to Track Down
Your ticket includes more than ten welcome shots spread across participating bars, plus 69 deals on drinks and dining. Smokin J’s, Prince Street Pizza, Gaslamp Lumpia Factory, Greystone Steakhouse, and STK are all on the list when you need something solid between rounds.
You also get a keepsake zombie hunting permit with a treat guide sorted by time, so you know which bar to be standing in and when.
