The Smoking Gun Hosts One-Of-A-Kind Meat Raffle
The Smoking Gun is bringing a slice of the Midwest to the Gaslamp Quarter with their first ever Meat Raffle! Popular in Minnesota and Wisconsin, a meat raffle is just what it sounds like: a chance for patrons at their favorite local watering hole to bring home some meaty prizes – sausages, steaks, you name it.

On Saturday, April 29th, gear up for barbecue and grilling season and enter for the chance to win hundreds of dollars’ worth of individually wrapped, ready-to-cook-at-home steaks and meats. Winners will also be given the option to have their meat cooked at The Smoking Gun for an additional charge.
Meat raffle tickets can be purchased on the day of the event either directly, or through specialty cocktail purchases. The top prize is flown-in A5 Japanese Wagyu Strip Loin – something that would cost hundreds of dollars at a steakhouse!
