Tahona Celebrates One Year!
Tahona Mezcaleria’s first anniversary celebrates a year full of 140+ types of mezcal and meals by Tahona’s Executive Chef, Adrian Villareal, as well as unique experiences including mezcal meditations and Baja tours.
As a token of gratitude and in celebration of this milestone, Tahona has crafted a special Chef’s Favorites Menu! This pop-up menu is expected to focus on Oaxaca-inspired moles via a trio of tacos.
This includes mole colaradito in a pork belly taco, mole negro with a chicken taco. and mole verde with an octopus taco. Mezcal pairings for each taco will be offered, and Tahona’s regular menu will also be available.
