Taste Of Third Celebrates 26th Year Of Highlighting International Cuisine
Foodies rejoice…Taste of Third is back for its 26th Year! Attendees will enjoy international bites and sips labeled on their Taste of Third Passport, while listening to live music and taking in the charm of Third Avenue Village in the heart of Chula Vista.
A community-loved event
“It’s an honor to celebrate 26 years of this community-loved event!”, said Dominic Li Mandri, District Manager of the Third Avenue Village Association. “It’s a great way to bring the community together and highlight the wide variety of businesses along Third Avenue. You can take your tastes and eat them as you walk from one participating business to the next or you can bring a blanket and have a mini picnic at Memorial Park. However you choose to enjoy your tastes, we encourage everyone to come out and enjoy a beautiful evening in our neighborhood.”
Taste of Third Passport
Upon arrival, attendees will check-in at their scheduled time at the corner of Third Avenue & Park Way adjacent to Memorial Park, where they will be given their Taste of Third Passport. Guests will then make their way to each stop and pick up their “tastes” to enjoy at their leisure. Tickets are priced at $40 for advance purchase starting February 21st and increase to $45 starting March 1st.
Current participating businesses include:
Bar Sin Nombre, Brew Bar, Culichi Town, Farmer’s Table, Italianissimo Trattoria, La Bella Pizza Garden, Mariscos Los Cuates, Mmm…Cakes, Shake & Muddle, Tavern at the Vogue, and Thr3e Punk Ales with more to be added in the coming days.
