Cannabis Brand Collaborates With Michelin-Star Chef For Social-Distanced Popsicle Pop-Up At San Diego DispensarySee + Do Drew Martin celebrates the San Diego launch of their low dose, botanically blended pre-rolls at Mankind
Drew Martin teamed up with Manuela Sanin, former executive sous pastry chef of the Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park (New York), to create custom popsicle flavors inspired by each of the unique botanical formulations he blends with cannabis to make his pre-rolls. E.g., the Rose Petal & Peppermint joint inspired a Raspberry Rose Peppermint popsicle.
In response to the COVID pandemic, Mankind has implemented strict COVID social distancing guidelines to keep customers and staff safe. As a result, wait times have increased beyond normal. Individually wrapped popsicles will be offered to keep customers cool while they are waiting.
Drew Martin launched earlier this year in Los Angeles, quickly becoming a Hollywood favorite. While looking for the perfect partner to launch with in San Diego, the brand found a kindred spirit in Mankind who share a similar philosophy, desire to create incredible experiences, and a commitment to social justice.
Throughout the month of September, Drew Martin will donate $1 for every follower on their Instagram account to Supernova Women, a national women of color led non-profit organization headquartered in Oakland, CA – who’s mission is to empower people of color to become self-sufficient shareholders in the cannabis industry.
Stay healthy, San Diego!
