Same Same But Different Festival Drops 2025 Lineup

If you’re craving a music festival that feels more connected, more playful, and a lot less chaotic, Same Same But Different should be on your radar. Set on the scenic shores of Lake Perris, SSBD is back for 2025—and the lineup is stacked.

This year’s headliners include LSZEE, Zeds Dead, Dr. Fresch, Boogie T.rio, and Opiuo, with a genre-blending mix of electronic, funk, jam, and everything in between. But what really sets SSBD apart isn’t just the music—it’s the energy.

More Than Just Stages and Lights

Capping attendance at 7,500, SSBD offers a refreshing, intimate alternative to the typical mega-festival. Expect more room to dance, more time to connect, and curated experiences that make you feel fully present.

Think yoga with Amplified Yoga’s Donovan McGrath, breathwork sessions, movement classes, a community 5K, and sound healing at the beach.

And when it’s time to turn things up? Hit the Floatopia parties, crash Grandma’s House Party, sneak off to Nakey Island for surprise DJ sets, or even tie the knot at the pop-up Wedding Chapel. (Why not?)

Innovation That Puts Fans First

This year, SSBD made headlines with moves that celebrate community over competition. The IndepenDANCE Pass (in partnership with Desert Hearts, Joshua Tree Music Festival, and Northern Nights) gets you into four indie California festivals for $599.

Meanwhile, the Wonderfully Different Pass teamed up with Wonderfront Festival to connect two of San Diego’s homegrown favorites with one shared ticket.

It’s the kind of outside-the-box thinking that’s earning SSBD national buzz—and keeping the heart of the festival scene beating strong.
