Formerly known as The Grill, Brickmans encapsulates everything beloved about Lake San Marcos, offering a unique blend of relaxed country club ambiance, elevated cuisine, and warm hospitality.

The golfside eatery is not only an exciting addition to Lakehouse Resort but also a transformative addition to San Marcos’s culinary landscape.
Unlike anything else found in the area, Brickmans promises to be the quintessential destination for socializing, dining, and unwinding in San Marcos.
With the addition of Bromic heaters on the patio, you can enjoy year-round outdoor dining comfort complemented by a retro soundtrack rounding out the experiential feel. Additionally, sports enthusiasts can catch all the live action on six new patio TVs overlooking the golf course.
The indoor space has undergone a stunning transformation, boasting refreshed decor and additional living room seating, ideal for a post-round drink or shared plates with new and old friends.

An Elevated Dining Experience
Featuring a carefully curated menu, offerings strike the perfect balance between a casual dining experience, such as enjoying a delicious burger and local craft beer after a round of golf, or an elevated lunch experience with friends, complemented by California Chardonnays.
Ranging from freshly prepared seafood to elevated hand-held items, each dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented to showcase Executive Chef Jarrod Moiles’s culinary prowess.
Menu highlights include:
- 1750 Club Sandwich on toasted sourdough with grilled marinated chicken breast, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, bacon, and roasted garlic aioli
- Truffle It Up Burger with Brandt Beef, gruyere cheese, caramelized onion, arugula, and truffle parmesan aioli on a brioche bun
- 1/2 Brick Chicken with heirloom carrots, mashed potatoes, chicken jus, pickled onion, and frisee salad
- Grilled Atlantic Salmon Piccata with mashed potato, sauteed baby spinach, citrus beurre blanc, and caper berries
Breakfast is offered seven days a week with highlights including:
- Steak & Egg Smash with grilled spiced Brandt Beef ribeye, avocado salsa smash, two eggs, cotjia cheese, breakfast potatoes, and chipotle aioli
- The Reuben Benny on a toasted English muffin, house corned beef, toasted sauerkraut, hollandaise sauce, caraway salt, and breakfast potatoes
- Strawberry Ricotta French Toast made with thick-cut brioche, toasted walnut caramel, strawberry, and ricotta

Brickmans is open seven days a week for breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM and lunch from 11 AM to 5 PM. Dinner is from 5 PM to 8 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 5 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 1 PM.
