Bottlecraft Hosts Meet The Winemaker & Wine Flight With J. Brix Wines

Bottlecraft Oceanside is hosting J Brix Wines for a meet-and-greet event with its winemakers, Jody Brix Towe and Emily Towe on Thursday, March 9.. Curated wine flights will be available for purchase.

J Brix Wines uses California fruit, neutral vessels, native-yeast fermentation, and nothing else – with the exception of sulfur dioxide as necessary. It also does not fine, filter, or cold-stabilize its wines. For more info, click here.
