Got A Poetic Side? Hit Up This San Diego Poetry Slam Qualifier!

The San Diego Poetry Slam is a poetry competition that occurs on the second Monday of every month. An opportunity to change up date night, or express your hidden artsy self, this is an event you’ve gotta attend at least once.

Anyone can participate, simply by signing up at Queen Bee’s starting at 7:15 p.m. the night of the event. The list closes at 7:45 pm (unless more competitors are needed).

When all qualifying Slams are over, the top ranking poets will compete in the San Diego Grand Slam Finals for the opportunity to represent San Diego at the National Poetry Slam!
