Meet flower farmer Mike Mellano of Mellano & Company and learn a thing or two about his family’s farming history while you enjoy an artfully-crafted dinner right smack dab in the middle of a sea of flowers — alongside the sea breeze itself.

“The Flower Chef” author, Carly Cylinder, will be the flower magician at hand, constructing the tablescapes through artistic and modern design straight from the farm’s field.
You can also join Carly for a two and a half hour workshop the day of the dinner to create your very own flower crown, in addition to helping create the evening’s table decor. She’ll show you some flower prep, care, and design techniques that you can carry with you to any party from now until forever.
At the end of the night, take home your crown and an arrangement from the table alongside your happy memories.
