University Heights Serves Up Hocus Pocus with a Side of Community Baking Competition
University Heights is taking their Movie in the Park series to the next level this weekend with a Hocus Pocus screening that’s got more layers than a croissant.
This isn’t just another outdoor movie night—they’re adding amateur baking competitions, tarot card readings, and witchy costume contests all happening before the Sanderson sisters take the spotlight.
The Baking Competition Element
Here’s where things get interesting—they’re running a full bake-off challenge alongside the movie. If you’ve ever watched Great British Baking Show and thought “I could do that,” this is your moment.
Three categories, peer voting, prizes for winners, and the requirement to bring at least two dozen of whatever you’re submitting for proper judging.
