Celebrate International Women’s Day With Brunch at Stone World Bistro & Gardens

Stone World Bistro & Gardens at Liberty Station is hosting an International Women’s Day Brunch + Market, a culinary and community celebration spotlighting women in brewing, food, and small business.

You can graze self-paced brunch stations woven throughout a women-owned marketplace, with guided beverage pairings that highlight women-led contributions to beverage culture.

The brunch menu features comforting yet elevated seasonal dishes – balanced eats designed for grazing, discovery, and connection.

Four complimentary curated beverage pairings with select menu offerings are included, with additional beverages available for purchase. Complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and water are also provided throughout the event.

On the warm and hearty front, the hot selections include:

• Casserole Croque Madame – savory toasted croissant layered with shaved ham, melted Gruyère, and truffle béchamel, finished with scallions
• Braised Birria Hash with Poached Eggs – slow-braised birria, fingerling potatoes, onions, and peppers, served with chipotle crema and delicately poached eggs
• Creamy Polenta with Mushroom Ragù – silky parmesan polenta topped with roasted mushroom ragù, served alongside grilled sourdough, roasted garlic, and herb butter
• Crispy Brussels Sprouts – fried Brussels sprouts tossed with salsa macha, toasted pepitas, honey, sesame, pomegranate seeds, cilantro, lime, and finished with queso fresco
