Fiesta With The Blind Burro To Celebrate 10th Anniversary
Born out of a love and appreciation for the Baja California region of Mexico, authentic south of the border restaurant, The Blind Burro, is excited to welcome the community to their 10th anniversary party on Thursday, January 19.
Opening their doors to the public at 7PM, patrons are invited to eat, drink, snap photos in the photo booth and dance to live music from DJ Victor Santana until 9PM, with the party ending at 11:59PM.

For over a decade, The Blind Burro has served as a hub for laid back, fun memories and regionally inspired food crafted by a team of chefs who know Baja culture through and through.
With an emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, The Blind Burro is proud to serve tacos, salads and other dishes that capture the spirit of Baja, as well as the eclectic personality of San Diego.
Setting themselves apart from other Mexican restaurants in San Diego, there are no cans or prefabricated ingredients in The Blind Burro’s kitchen because everything, down to every sauce, marinade and spice blend, is made in-house.
Reminiscing on The Blind Burro’s impact since its inception, the restaurant has always placed a high value on the local community, and is proud to source ingredients locally whenever possible.
Giving Back to the Community
The Blind Burro is also known for their continuous efforts to serve the community and has contributed to fundraising efforts to benefit local schools, as well as Wounded Warriors, Camp Kesem and more.
On a weekly basis, The Blind Burro also provides meals for the firefighters at Fire Station #4 to show their appreciation for those in service.
Celebrating Over 1 Million Customers!
Celebrating the over one million customers that have spent some of their most memorable moments at The Blind Burro, the team will be unveiling a number of different margarita specials throughout the night to celebrate the most popular cocktail on the menu. This event will not be ticketed, and is open to the public.
