- Explore the Food Forest and help plant more than 50 fruit trees, thanks to SDG&E.
- Enjoy live music, delicious local food and drink, and a pop-up Farm Stand featuring fresh, organic produce.
- Get creative with Jewish learning and crafts for all ages.
- Move and unwind with outdoor yoga.
- Connect with the land through hands-on gardening activities.
Tu B’Shvat, often called the Jewish New Year of the Trees, is a time to reflect on the vital role trees play in our lives—from providing food and shade to offering spiritual nourishment and inspiration.
Coastal Roots Farm brings this tradition to life with a fun, interactive experience that blends environmental stewardship with Jewish wisdom.

Taking place on Sunday, February 2, from 12 PM to 4 PM, the festival operates on a pay-what-you-can model, with a suggested donation of $20 for adults and $10 for children—but no one is turned away for inability to pay. Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity.
