Sip & Sample Culinary Delights at the Taste of East Village
Prepare your taste buds for East Village’s largest taste event of the Summer! The Taste of East Village is back! Enjoy tasty bites and sips from more than 30 of East Village’s top culinary gems, showcasing the culinary diversity of the neighborhood.
Getting Ready for the Taste of East Village Experience
Ticketholders will receive a Taste Passport at check-in to use as a guide for mapping out all participating restaurants in the neighborhood and to keep track of their favorite appetizers, entrees, desserts, and beverages.
“After receiving overwhelming support with the inaugural event, we are excited to announce the second annual Taste of East Village,” said Dominic Li Mandri, District Manager of the East Village Association.
“East Village is a foodie oasis filled with some of San Diego’s most respected restaurants and we invite the local community to explore these unique culinary offerings and indulge in everything this neighborhood has to offer.”
Exploring Culinary Diversity
From Michelin-recognized fair to street-style bites, the Taste of East Village offers the opportunity to discover new culinary favorites and celebrate the vibrant restaurant scene in East Village.
When you arrive, you’ll check in at your scheduled time at one of two locations, depending on the event day, where you’ll be given your Taste Passport. On August 28, check-in is at Radian, and on August 29, check-in is at Fairweather.
You’ll then make your way to each restaurant stop, sampling “tastes” to enjoy at your leisure, with each earning a stamp on your passport.

A limited number of early bird tickets are available for $40, and general tickets will be available for $45, plus a service fee.
