Don’t miss  Enclave Adventurous Superfoods‘ upcoming Food As Medicine (F.A.M.) Family-Style Anti-Inflammatory dinner with Chef Travis Clifford of Tiger!Tiger!

During the dinner, guests will use hot pots to grill their own meal, incorporating special fermented sauces, marinated meats, adventurous herbs, medicinal mushrooms and more into their dishes. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Chef Travis and Enclave’s Chef Lan Thai to discuss the anti-inflammatory components of the ingredients and preparation techniques.

Enclave, founded by Chef Lan Thai, is San Diego’s adventurous “Food As Medicine” concept restaurant and wellness apothecary, located inside the JuneShine Ranch. It bridges the gap between culinary restaurants and healthcare industries by making delicious and nutrient-dense foods approved by functional medicine doctors. Inspired by Chef Lan’s Southeast Asian upbringing, Enclave’s meals are consciously made with medicinal ingredients loaded with antioxidants and rich with nutrients.
