Roll Out Your Mat for Pride Yoga at the Rady Shell
Every summer, the lawn at the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park becomes something special – and Pride Yoga is a big reason why.
FIT Athletic and the San Diego Symphony are teaming up again for one of San Diego’s most beloved free summer traditions: a sunset yoga class on the waterfront in celebration of San Diego Pride.

Yoga for Everyone, on the Best Lawn in the City
Led by FIT’s Viktoria Talbot, the class is built for all levels – whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or someone who’s been meaning to try yoga for years, this is a welcoming space to show up.
The setting doesn’t hurt either. Spread out your mat on the grass with San Diego Bay and Coronado Island stretched out in front of you, and it’s hard to think of a better way to spend a summer evening.

A Milestone Worth Showing Up For
This year marks the fifth edition of Pride Yoga, and the numbers speak for themselves – more than 3,000 people have come out over the years, making it one of the largest recurring outdoor yoga classes in the country.
At its core, though, it’s a community gathering: a free, accessible event centered on inclusivity, mental wellness, and celebrating Pride together.
