Tee Up, Grab a Cold One – Harland Brewing Has Taken Over Mission Bay Golf Course
Harland Brewing has found its next home, and it’s a good one. The San Diego craft brewery is now running the food and beverage program at Mission Bay Golf Course, bringing its award-winning beers, casual food, and community energy to one of the most accessible public courses in the city. The Harland Clubhouse is open, and it’s exactly the kind of place you’d hope to find at the end of a round.
A Space Built for it
The clubhouse occupies a newly built space at the course with a brand-new kitchen, 2,000 square feet of indoor dining, and an outdoor patio with a large island perfect for post-round hangs, corporate outings, or pretty much any group gathering.
The design pulls from Harland’s midcentury-modern aesthetic – accordion doors, light wood, rounded furniture edges, and a slatted wood back bar that makes the whole space feel relaxed and welcoming.

Cold Beer, Good Food, and a Bodega Breakfast Sandwich
The menu is counter service, casual, and built for golfers – smashburgers, breakfast burritos, tacos, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, and grab-and-go options that hit the spot before or after a round. Morning players will want to know about the Bodega Breakfast Sandwich, available alongside drip coffee.
On the beer side, expect Harland’s full lineup on tap including the Hazy IPA, West Coast IPA, and Japanese Lager, plus special releases and cocktail-inspired seltzers. A beverage cart on the driving range and a mobile golf cart serving cold drinks on the course are also in the works.
The Grand Opening Weekend
The Harland Clubhouse is celebrating its opening with live music from The Surf Birds, plus $5 draft beers and $5 hot dogs all weekend long. A pretty easy sell.
