Jahja Ling’s Finale

On this historic Season Finale weekend, Jahja Ling’s outstanding thirteen years of service as the San Diego Symphony’s Music Director comes to a magnificent end. For these concerts he will be joined by longtime colleague and dear friend Yefim Bronfman for Johannes Brahms’ monumental Piano Concerto No. 2. The program will close with Maestro Ling leading the Orchestra in a performance of Jean Sibelius’ chillingly brilliant, awe-inspiring masterpiece, his Symphony No. 2.
