Upgrade Your Monday With This Epic Jameson Whiskey Dinner
On Monday, March 6th head over to San Diego’s own little slice of Britain for a special treat.
Shakespeare Bar & Grille will be hosting a Jameson Irish Whiskey tasting paired with delicious home cooked food for a pretty baller Monday evening, if you ask us!

The ‘Welcoming’ cocktail will be Jameson & ginger on the rocks.
Then there will be some Jameson Black Label and “Mammie’s” traditional vegetable broth, served with home-made Jameson wheaten bread.
Move on to prime beef and fresh mushrooms simmered in a rich savory filling, served with an Irish potato pancake (boxty), topped with a whiskey gravy.

There will also be a chicken breast stuffed with baby spinach leaves and an aged smoked cheese. Served atop colcannon potatoes which are an Irish traditional dish of creamy mashed potato with cabbage and accompanied by a creamy – you guessed it – whiskey peppercorn sauce.
Top the night off with Jameson Caskmates Irish Coffee in a homemade rich Jameson chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream.
