Kingfisher Puts On Its First Ever Moon Festival Champagne Dinner
On Tuesday, September 26th, Kingfisher will be putting on its first-ever Moon Festival Champagne Dinner with one of San Diego‘s leading sommeliers, Tami Wong.
Five-Course Moon Festival Champagne Dinner
The five-course dinner will feature premium Champagne offerings to complement a seasonal menu curated by Chef David Sim, highlighting the fall harvest along with fresh seafood offerings prepared in signature Kingfisher fashion.
The Champagne Dinner is a celebration of a special time in Vietnam that honors the bounty of the harvest, an important part of the Mid-Autumn Festival (Tết Trung Thu). To commemorate the evening, all guests will be sent home with a very special gift.
