Taste Six Wines and Three Courses at Blank Slate’s Expert-Led Pairing Dinner

There are dinners, and then there are dinners where someone explains exactly why that glass of wine is making everything taste better. The Wine and Food Pairing Night at Blank Slate in Encinitas is the latter – led by an instructor who teaches food and wine dynamics at SDSU and knows how to make every pour land.

The Instructor Pouring the Story Behind Each Glass

Pam Schwartz teaches the Dynamics of Food & Wine at San Diego State University, and she’s leading this evening in person. Over three courses and six wines, she’ll walk you through why each pairing works – the kind of running commentary that makes the whole meal more interesting and gives you a sharper eye for a wine list long after the night is over.

It’s educational without being preachy, and structured without ever feeling like a sit-down exam. Come hungry and ready to pay attention.

Three Courses, Six Wines, and Not Many Seats Left

The format is clean: dinner and all six pairings, guided from start to finish. Blank Slate is keeping this one intimate – space is limited, which is both what makes it good and what makes waiting risky.

This is the kind of Tuesday night you clear your calendar for, not the kind you add last minute. If it sounds like your night, now is the time to lock in a reservation.

See you there!

A three-course dinner, six wine pairings, and an SDSU instructor at the table who knows exactly what she’s talking about. Reserve your seat before it fills.
