Picnics + Flowers Brings Picturesque Picnics to The Carlsbad Flower Fields
Pop Up Picnic Co. is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of PICNICS + FLOWERS, a unique and semi-private picnic experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Flower Fields in Carlsbad.
Picnics + Flowers 2024: bigger and better!
Expect an elevated pop-up picnic featuring more shade structures, increased semi-private picnic spaces, reserved parking, a private entrance, complimentary wagon rides, an expanded menu, live music, and a family-fun zone featuring interactive games.

Inside the picnic basket
You’ll receive an individual box containing a tasting menu with a variety of options to choose from, including Cucumber Chive sandwiches, Chickpea Smash sandwiches, Ham and Tomato Sandwiches, three seasonal side salad choices, mini charcuterie, and delightful fruit pies on a stick for dessert.
Refreshing beverages, such as hibiscus-lemon aguas frescas and mint-infused water, will accompany the delectable bites.
Children will be served a child-friendly meal comprising cheese sandwiches, fruit, and dessert.

While the charming picnics have limited seating times of one hour, you’re encouraged to linger and explore The Flower Fields at your leisure and enjoy the complimentary wagon rides.
Games at the tables add to the entertainment, allowing you to savor the experience with family and friends. For those bringing their children, a family-fun zone will be open for play.

The event will take place every Saturday and Sunday from March 23, 2024, to May 12, 2024, with seatings available between 11 AM and 2 PM.
Reservations for PICNICS + FLOWERS can be made on the Pop Up Picnic Co. website here beginning on February 1, 2024. Tickets will be available for $140 per person, and families can enjoy a 50% discount for kids with the purchase of each adult ticket.
