Join The Nat’s Spring Planting Party and be part of a hands-on effort to restore native plants in San Diego’s ecosystems. This community event invites participants of all ages to plant 500 native plants around the museum grounds while learning from local experts about their role in conservation.

More than just a gardening day, this event is an opportunity to discover the vital role native plants play in supporting wildlife, conserving water, and preserving local ecosystems. Experts will be on-site to share planting techniques and eco-friendly tips, while interactive activities will make it fun for everyone!

Explore The Nat’s Nature Trail

The Nat’s Spring Planting Party will take place along The Nat’s Nature Trail, an outdoor exhibit showcasing the region’s unique plant life. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just looking to connect with nature, this is a great chance to contribute to San Diego’s environmental future while enjoying a beautiful day at Balboa Park.
