Celebrate the arrival of spring at Valle’s Ring-In-Spring, an exclusive one-night-only dining event showcasing Baja’s Spring Wine Releases alongside a seasonal four-course tasting menu by Chef Roberto Alcocer.
Hosted in Valle Oceanside’s scenic garden, this intimate gathering invites you to explore the freshest flavors of the season with rosés, whites, young reds, and sparkling wines, including the much-anticipated 2024 release of Chef Alcocer’s pét-nat sparkling wine, Champú.

Valle will bring together renowned Baja wineries in collaboration with LMA Wines, offering an interactive tasting experience where you can sample, compare, and discover new spring releases at your own pace.
This immersive evening is the perfect way to toast to the season, connect with winemakers, and enjoy a menu crafted with the freshest regional ingredients.

Beyond the exceptional food and wine, Valle’s Ring-In-Spring is a celebration with heart. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Fundación Tijuana Sin Hambre, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting displaced individuals, immigrants, and vulnerable communities in Tijuana.
