Memorial Day Weekend Pig Roast Fiesta

Curadero Executive Chef, Brad Kraten, is hosting a Mexican-style pig roast on Level Four, the Rooftop Pool Deck + Lounge on Hotel Palomar‘s 4th floor.

A welcome drink greets you on your way in and an all-you-can-eat Carnitas with all the Taco fillings, plus rice and beans, await inside!
