Em Coffee House Brings Vietnamese Coffee Culture to Mira Mesa
Get ready for a coffee revolution, San Diego! Em Coffee House is bringing the magic of Vietnamese coffee culture to Mesa Town Center.
This stunning 1,800-square-foot space isn’t your average coffee joint—it’s a vibrant celebration where modern creativity dances with time-honored traditions, infusing our community with the warmth and rich flavors of Vietnam.
Coffee With Heart and Soul
Prepare your taste buds for their show-stopping phin drip coffee, starring a dreamy blend of Vietnamese-grown Arabica and Robusta beans straight from the highlands.
Their Em White Truffle-Misu is a total game-changer—picture a luxurious spin on tiramisu crowned with white chocolate truffle cream and a perfectly placed lady finger.
But that’s just the beginning! The menu is bursting with everything from craft espresso drinks to silky ceremonial matcha, refreshing milk teas, and cool cold brew teas, plus freshly baked treats.
The name “Em”—Vietnamese for “sweetheart” or “darling”—captures the pure joy behind owner Nick Truong’s vision.
After falling in love with the Vietnamese coffee culture during countless visits, Nick and his wife Li knew San Diego needed this experience where coffee isn’t just fuel—it’s a full-day social affair that brings people together.
And here’s the best part: they’re already planning Em Coffee House number two in Kearny Mesa next year!
