Winter Wonder at Belmont Park is back, and this year they’ve cranked things up with over one million twinkling lights transforming the beachside destination into a holiday experience that combines coastal cheer with Christmas magic.

The lineup runs through early January and includes everything from trivia nights to cocktail pop-ups, ornament decorating, and DJ-spun holiday tunes on weekends.

Belmont Park is offering exclusive winter specialties available only for a limited time – festive sips and cozy bites designed specifically for the season. These aren’t just regular menu items with holiday names slapped on them; they’re seasonal offerings created to complement the Winter Wonder experience.

Holiday Face Painting

Kids can get vibrant holiday designs at Winter Wonder. The two-hour window gives you flexibility to stop by whenever it works with your schedule, and the face painting adds an extra layer of festivity to the afternoon.

Draft in Belmont Park is hosting Christmas Classic Films Twisted Trivia. If you know every line from Home Alone or National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, this is your moment. The event covers timeless favorites like It’s a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, The Grinch, and more.

Named Best Trivia Night in San Diego by the SDReader, Twisted Trivia delivers interactive gameshow-style rounds like Family Feud and Picture Round, free shots for one lucky team, and prizes for the top performers. They recommend arriving around 5:30 PM to secure a good seat since it fills up.
