Wildland in Carlsbad Village

A Culinary Adventure From Morning to Night

Wildland’s menu is a feast of rustic cuisine, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Southern California’s farms and coastlines. Start your day with breakfast favorites like Wood Fired Eggs with za’atar and baguette or Blueberry Pancakes topped with mascarpone.

For lunch, grab a Porchetta sandwich on house-made sourdough or a slice of Wild Pizza with guanciale and Castello Blue Cheese. Dinner offers standout dishes like Ricotta Agnolotti with toasted pumpkin and Grilled Skirt Steak with charred lemon.

Pastries and desserts shine at Wildland’s bakery, led by James Belisle, featuring everything from croissants and breads to indulgent sweets like Pistachio Tiramisu and Chocolate-Buckwheat Tart.

Drinks With a SoCal Twist

Wildland’s beverage program is as dynamic as its food. Sip on creative cocktails like the Amaretto Sour Milk Punch or enjoy wine by the carafe curated by Wine Director Savannah Riedler.

Coffee from Steady State Roasting and teas from La Jolla’s PARU offer more ways to enjoy a drink that complements the day’s vibe.

A Space That Invites Discovery

Housed in the former Morey Boogie Boards factory, Wildland’s design blends woodsy comfort with coastal style. The sprawling, sun-drenched space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom wood-fired oven, and handcrafted terra cotta tiles.

Whether you’re stopping by for a pastry or gathering for dinner, Wildland offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
