Step Inside The Homes Of South Park At The 19th Annual Old House Fair
In 1906, a San Diego Union Tribune ad read: “Come to South Park to live; to breathe the best air; to see the finest view; to enjoy the pleasantest and most healthful surroundings; to LIVE!”
Fast forward about 111 years – to Saturday, June 17th, 2017, to be exact – and you’ll be able to enjoy it all, and more, at the Old House Fair.
The 19th annual Old House Fair is South Park’s home and garden tour and street festival – bringing together vintage home specialists, local makers, craft beer and wine, restaurants, food vendors, live music, artists and kid’s activities in celebration of the historic homes and character of the neighborhood.
Home Tour
How many times have you driven through a beautiful neighborhood lined with stunning homes and wondered what the matching interiors must look like?
Well, now you can see for yourself!
Each year the Home Tour features five historic homes in the South Park neighborhood. With your ticket, you’ll enjoy the interior and exterior of each home on the tour with docent-lead education and history.
You will also have access to hop on and off the tour trolley as you choose.
Shop and Learn
The fair features more than 100 unique vendors and vintage home specialists. After feeling inspired from visiting the interiors of the neighborhood homes, you can snag something great to step up your own!
