The star of the show? A velvety Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie that strikes the perfect balance between smooth pumpkin custard and tangy cream cheese, topped with crunchy pepitas. For those craving something nutty, the Bourbon Pecan Pie delivers with its molasses-rich filling, enhanced by orange zest and a kiss of sea salt.

The Salted Caramel Apple Crumble combines three apple varieties under a buttery oat topping, while plant-based pie lovers can dig into the vegan Apple Cranberry’s perfect blend of sweet and tart wrapped in flaky pastry.

Frost Me Cafe & Bakery

We lovvvvvvvvve Frost Me Cafe & Bakery‘s baked goods and coffee any time of year, but their holiday pie lineup is a showstopper!

We’re talking seven different scratch-made selections featuring all the classics—from a perfectly spiced Pumpkin to a buttery Apple Lattice and a richly decadent Bourbon Pecan.

For those craving something different, dive into their Mixed Berry Crumble or their stunning Fruit Tart. They’ve also crafted two fantastic dietary-friendly options: a tropical-inspired Pumpkin Coconut Pecan (gluten-free) and a bright Lemon Blueberry Tart (gluten-free and vegan).

Orders are open until November 25—but these handcrafted beauties tend to book up fast. Snag your slice of holiday happiness by calling 619-287-2253.

Morena Provisions

Morena Provisions is new to our list; this year is the first time we’ve been able to try their pies. All we can say is, “WOW!”

Morena Provisions is part of Tracy Borkum’s collection of CUCINA restaurants. Located in the Morena neighborhood, the small shop is a goldmine of made-from-scratch foods, a curated selection of wines, and
gourmet packaged food from local and international artisans, with an emphasis on women-owned companies.

In addition to their amazing pies, Morena Provisions has a takeout Thanksgiving feast available that sounds incredible. Orders can be placed online here, or stop in at 1122 Morena Boulevard.

George’s at the Cove

George’s at the Cove is letting us all channel our inner pastry chefs this Thanksgiving—minus the flour-covered kitchen disaster. Pastry wizard Anna Adams is whipping up a trio of pies that’ll make you seriously consider skipping the turkey altogether.

For $38 a pop, you can snag one (or hey, why not all three?) of these bad boys: Gingerbread Pumpkin for the traditionalists with a twist, Chai Apple for those who like their fruit with a kick, and Pecan Caramel for the sweet-toothed rebels.

Orders are online only here. You can pick up your pie(s) starting at noon on Wednesday, November 27.

SusieCakes

SusieCakes is firing up their ovens with a trio of holiday classics. Their 9-inch beauties come in three perfect variations: a rich, nutty Pecan, a warmly spiced Apple, and their signature Pumpkin that’ll have everyone reaching for seconds.

Time’s ticking to secure these crowd-pleasers—pre-orders close on November 23 for pickup on Wednesday, November 27.

Little Frenchie

Holy délicieux! Little Frenchie is bringing some serious French flair to your Turkey Day dessert game. Their 9-inch Bourbon Pecan Pie is a total knockout – think velvety Valrhona chocolate mousse cozying up to barrel-aged bourbon in a chocolate crust that’ll make your regular pie seem… well, regular.

But wait—there’s their 10-inch Apple Crumble Cheesecake absolutely smothered in cream cheese chantilly rosettes and drizzled with Biscoff caramel. And don’t even get us started on that Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Cake! It’s basically fall wrapped in a warm, gooey hug of spiced pumpkin jam and cream cheese glaze.

Need something savory? Their epic cheeseboards come packed with fancy cheeses, charcuterie, and all the snacky bits you could want. Grab the Les Amis ($85) for your intimate crew or go big with La Famille ($125) for the whole gang.

Oui oui, party people!
