Carlsbad’s 20|Twenty Is Now Open For Dinner After Year-Long Closure

20|Twenty, located at the recently reopened Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa, is now open following more than a year in hibernation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The restaurant is serving dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:30 PM to 10PM, offfering ample, airy and socially-distanced indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Carlsbad Pacific coastline.

The menu

Featuring seasonal ingredients from Southern California farms, Executive Chef Julian Quiñones’ globally-inspired creations can be enjoyed with a helping of ocean views and sipping on locally sourced cocktails, craft beer, and wine selected by returning Beverage Director Stephen George.

Current menu highlights include:

Baja Ceviche with Local Striped Bass, Avocado, Cucumber, Citrus, Tomato, Plantain Chips

Quinoa Chaufa featuring Stir Fry, Seasonal Vegetables and Romesco

Chophouse Prime Cuts including Grass-fed Short Rib, Ribeye, Filet Mignon and Pork Rib Chop

Slow Roasted Pineapple Upside Down Cake with Coconut Gelato.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by visiting here.

See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
