Rock The Bay Triathlon Returns To San Diego
The epic triathlon that is Rock The Bay returns for the fifth time in San Diego!

Going down on September 17th at 1 Park Blvd, this extreme endurance event takes place in the same location and great course as the original TriRock San Diego!

With more than 6 race options (see below), racers are invited to swim out from the dock, bike along Harbor Drive, and run along the Embarcadero Marina Park.

OLYMPIC TRIATHLON
1,500M swim, 40K (24.8 mi) bike, 10K run
OLYMPIC DUATHLON
5K run, 40 K (24.8 mi) bike, 10K run
OLYMPIC AQUABIKE
1,500M swim, 40K (24.8 mi) bike
SPRINT TRIATHLON
500 M swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run
SPRINT DUATHLON
1 mile run, 12 mile bike, 5K run

The Rock The Bay San Diego Triathlon is apart of the San Diego Triathlon Series – Points Competition. There are six triathlons within the series, which allows you to compete and earn points towards being crowned the overall 2017 San Diego Triathlon Series winner!
