365 Day Dry Aged Beef Dinner

It is the culmination of our year-long 365 Day Dry Aged Beef Project, and to cap it off we are bringing you an intimate dinner not to be missed!

There will be champagne, fine wine and BEEF – but not just any beef – you will get to experience a “beef vertical” of 365 day, 180 day, 90 day and 60 day dry aged prime beef – a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Plus, other delicacies from the sea and land prepared by some of San Diego’s best chefs. All profits will go to support the Chef’s Roll Chefs Cycle Team for No Kid Hungry.
