Poseidon Project Expands Menu To Include A Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen

Ok, you probably know Poseidon Project in the Bay Park neighborhood for their 13 craft beer taps, rotating wine menu, and friendly casual neighborhood vibe (if you don’t, you should!) – but I can assure you things just go a whole lot more interesting.

Poseidon Project has teamed up in collaboration with restauranteur Jon Mangini to add a wood-fired pizza kitchen that will now crank out some amazing pies!

Check out the pizza!

The Johnny Boy
Made with Calabro mozzarella, red sauce, ricotta cheese and basil.

Sausage & Peppers
Topped with red sauce, Calabro mozzarella, Seisels sweet Italian sausage, Calabrian peppers and ricotta.

Good pizza and good beer – that’s a combo that we’ll never tire of. I don’t know about you but I am ready for a day of carb loading just looking at this pizza! Delizioso!

See you there!
