One Paseo Adds Three More Restaurants To Culinary Lineup

The construction at One Paseo is coming along quickly, but for many residents in Del Mar and Carmel Valley, not quickly enough! Everyone is looking forward to the new restaurants and shops that are planned. One Paseo just announced three new prominent eateries to its handpicked lineup of retailers.

Joe & The Juice

A juice bar and café that serves high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients in its freshly-prepared juices, shakes, coffee and sandwiches. Joe & The Juice is the most well-traveled juice bar and coffee concept on the planet. Easily spotted amongst a sea of corporate cups – from photo booths, open air ordering, and pop artsy, Nordic cool atmospheres to a fresh mix of accents, faces, and cultures with every pour – each Joe & The Juice is more aÌ la mode than the last.

The Butchery

A full-service butcher shop for high-quality meats, artisan cheeses, and a vast selection of high-end wine and craft beers. The shops also feature a large selection of popular in-house marinated meats for grilling, fresh-made sandwiches, specialty grocery products such as fresh baguettes, spices, spreads, deli accompaniments like their popular chips and salsas.

North Italia

A modern Italian neighborhood restaurant with homemade Italian cuisine. We look forward to trying the braised beef short rib with daily roasted root vegetables and creamy white polenta or the Prosciutto Pizza with mission fig, goat cheese and arugula. This looks to be a great spot for family and friends to share a handcrafted experience.

These three tenants join a culinary lineup that already includes International Smoke, Tocaya Organica, Sweetfin Poké, Ways & Means Oyster House, Shake Shack, Parakeet Café, and Tender Greens, which were announced earlier this year.

We’re looking forward to trying all of them!

See you there!
