Harumama Restaurant Now Open In Carlsbad

Harumama, Little Italy’s cutest and most insta-worthy restaurant has soft opened in Carlsbad.

The new restaurant, a smaller version of the Little Italy’s spot with 25 seats, is located on a renovated outdoor patio nestled in between Blue Ocean and Pokewan and will offer the cult favorite character steamed buns featuring cartoon-y pandas, chickens and seasonal characters in flavors like chicken, pork, mushroom, purple sweet potato, and a few Carlsbad exclusive buns.

The menu will mimic the Little Italy location, with some new additions, featuring playful takes on Asian fare with inspiration from Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisines, bringing North County a contemporary twist on traditional ramen, noodles, buns and specialty sushi rolls. They would also add alcohol to their menu eventually when their regular service starts.

During its soft opening period from November 15th to the 30th, hours will be Monday through Sunday from 11am-8:30pm.

Harumama Regular service beginning December 1st:

Monday-Thursday, 11am-9:30pm

Friday-Saturday,11am-10pm

Sunday, 11am-9pm

See you there!
