Fitbit Local – Free Community Workouts

Sheri Matthews and Mike Sherbakov, the local Fitbit Ambassadors will be hosting a free monthly workout, backed by Fitbit, for anyone in San Diego and wanted to share with the community who may be looking for a positive, active, group once a month.

The program is now in 12 major cities.

It ranges from hikes, to run, yoga, bootcamps, indifferent regions and designed to be a positive place and hour for all levels, ironmen to first time exercisers!

Time: 8:45 AM Check IN
9AM – 10AM workout + Give Aways

• 1/15 – Lake Miramar Walk/Run
• 2/12 – The Bay Club Carmel Valley
• 3/19 – La Jolla Sport Club Courtyard

They will give away a free Fitbit, Suja Juices, and Perfect bar to each participant – all local products. No fitbit necessary to join.
